摘　　要：本文简述了通过积极建设“蓝色粮仓”保障粮食供给安全,夯实粮食安全根基的重要作用。介绍了渔业产业发展现状及金融支持渔业发展面临的主要问题,并就在渔业的生产端和消费端同时发力,发展蓝色金融,促进蓝色经济发展提出具体思路和建议,旨在为保障渔业产业可持续发展,推动渔业高质量发展提供参考。This paper briefly describes the important role of actively building a "blue granary" to ensure the safety of food supply and consolidate the foundation of food security. It introduces the current situation of fishery industry development and the main problems faced by financial support for fishery development, and puts forward specific ideas and suggestions on the development of blue finance to promote the development of blue economy by making efforts in both the production and consumption sides of the fishery industry, with the aim of providing references to guarantee the sustainable development of the fishery industry and promote the high-quality development of the fishery industry.
