摘 要:针对现有的水系可剥离放射性去污剂成膜固化时间长的不足,以氯丁胶乳(CRL)作为主要成膜材料,采用无机盐组分溶液对CRL/PU(聚氨酯)复合乳液进行诱导破乳的方法,设计并制备了一种双组分快速固化可剥离放射性去污剂。考察了不同CRL/PU质量比、无机盐破乳剂的种类及含量对去污剂固化成膜时间和膜体力学性能的影响,获得了双组分快速固化可剥离去污剂最佳制备工艺,并对其快速固化机理进行了探讨,同时讨论了不同施工工艺对去污剂快速固化性能的影响,为相关涉核场所表面放射性污染物的快速去除提供了技术支撑。In order to solve the long film forming curing time of existing water-based strippable radioactive decontaminants,using chloroprene rubber latex(CRL) as the principal film-forming material,the method of inducing demulsification of CRL/PU(polyurethane) compound emulsion with inorganic salt solution was adopted to design and prepare a two-component rapid-curing strippable radioactive decontaminant.The effects of different ratios of CRL/PU,the types and contents of inorganic salt demulsifiers on the curing time of the decontaminants and the mechanical properties of the film were investigated,and the optimal preparation process of the two-component fast-curing strippable decontaminant was obtained.The rapid-curing mechanism was explored and the effects of different construction processes on the rapid-curing performance of decontaminants were discussed,which provided technical support for the rapid removal of radioactive contaminants on the surface of relevant nuclear locations.
