摘  要:为配合110工法在11004工作面的顺利应用,荣康煤业拟在11004工作面轨道顺槽采用“切顶卸压+恒阻锚索”支护技术方案。针对11004工作面K_(2)灰岩、9^(#)煤层和泥岩复合顶板实际,通过理论计算与数值模拟,确定了定向爆破预裂切缝的钻孔深度,设计了11004工作面2个区段的切缝深度方案。现场应用结果表明,预留巷道切顶效果良好,可满足下一工作面的使用要求。In order to cooperate with the successful application of the 110 construction method at 11004 working face in Rongkang Coal Industry Co.,the author proposes the support technical scheme with roof cutting and pressure relief and constant-resistance anchor cable in the track gateway,in which the drilling depth of directional blasting pre-splitting slit is determined through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation based on the actual situation of K_(2) limestone and No.9 coal seam and mudstone compound roof in 11004 working face,and the seam cutting depth scheme in two sections of 11004 working face is designed,whose field application results show that the roof cutting effect of the reserved roadway is good and can meet the requirements of the next working face.
