摘　　要：柳湾煤矿61118综放工作面靠近切巷附近发育有X211陷落柱,若留设保护煤柱方式过陷落柱,需重新掘进切巷并导致煤炭资源损失;结合现场情况,提出采用采煤机截割+震动放炮方式过陷落柱;针对破碎顶板、构造应力复杂及震动放炮等问题,需拟定顶板管理、采煤机截割工艺、支架及刮板机前移、震动放炮等技术措施;措施实施后,工作面顺利通过了X211陷落柱,期间未出现顶板冒落、采煤机磨损严重、支架失稳等问题,为采面安全高效回采创造了良好条件。Aiming at the development of X211 subsided column near the cutting roadway at 61118 fully-mechanized caving face of Liuwan Colliery,the author proposes the way of crossing subsided column with shearer cutting and concussion blasting,including the technical measures of roof management,shearer cutting technique,support and scraper advance and concussion blasting focusing on broken roof,structural stress and concussion blasting,whose implementation shows that smooth crossing of X211 subsided column has realized with no roof falling,no severe shearer wear and support instability,creating good conditions for safe and high-efficient mining at working face.
