摘  要:为了解决司马矿顶板硬度大而导致顶板难以松动和垮落的问题,对顶板岩层进行了深孔爆破切顶卸压。根据煤矿井下实际地质情况,设计了钻孔参数、爆破参数等,确定了顶板预裂爆破的关键参数。应用结果表明,采用顶板预裂后,顺槽支架的平均工作压力比采面中部支架降低7.2%以上,来压步距降低26.6%,有效地解决了采场压力波动大、安全性差等问题。Aiming at the difficulties of roof loosening and collapsing due to high hardness of the roof in Sima Colliery,the author proposes the roof cutting and pressure relieve with deep-hole blasting on the roof rock layer,and determines the key pre-splitting blasting parameters based on the actual underground geological conditions of the coal mine,whose application results show that the average working pressure of the support along the groove is reduced by more than 7.2% compared to the support in the middle of the mining face,and the weighting step is reduced by 26.6%,effectively solving the problems of large pressure fluctuations and poor safety in the mining area.
