大断面软岩巷道掘进支护技术应用

摘　　要：针对软岩巷道围岩稳定性差的问题,以赵庄矿53222巷地质条件为基础,采用实验室试验方法,确定了巷道围岩变形机理,并对支护技术方案进行了对比,采用拱形断面设计与全锚索+喷浆支护方式,对设计参数进行了应用,达到了控制巷道围岩变形量的目的。根据矿压监测结果,顶板下沉量最大为96 mm,两帮移近量最大为135 mm,围岩变形均在允许范围内。Aiming at the poor stability of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway in Lane 53222 of Zhaozhuang Colliery,the paper determines the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock through laboratory test methods and proposes the support technical scheme with the arch section design and full-anchor-cable-and-shotcrete support,which can control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway within the controllable range with the maximum roof subsidence of 96 mm and the maximum two sides' displacement of 135 mm.
