摘 要:针对西曲选煤厂煤泥量过大、浮选尾煤灰分过低的问题,对浮选系统进行改造,使用第一段精选,第二段扫选的工艺代替现有一段浮选工艺。根据实验数据,结果显示新工艺有效缓解了煤泥量大的问题,并且在保证浮选精煤灰分的前提下将浮选尾煤灰分提高至70.39%,浮选精煤产量提高1.77%,增加浮选中煤产品,显著提高选煤厂的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of too much slime and too low flotation tailings ash in Xiqu Coal Preparation Plant,the flotation system has been reformed,and the process of one stage cleaning and two-stages scavenging has been used to replace the existing flotation process,whose experimental data shows that the new process effectively alleviates the problem of large amount of coal slime,and on the premise of ensuring the ash content of flotation clean coal,the flotation tailings ash is increased to 70.39%,the output of flotation clean coal is increased by 1.77%,the flotation middling coal products are increased,and the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant are significantly improved.
