摘  要:针对煤矿干式变压器监测量单一、无法在发生异常或故障前有效进行预测诊断的问题,本文对干式变压器运行状态监测及故障诊断技术进行研究,总结设计了一套基于DSP控制的干式变压器智能监测及故障诊断系统。系统可对干式变压器电流、温度等主要运行参数进行实时采集,通过上位机对变压器运行状态进行准确评估及故障预测,对于提高干式变压器运行可靠性及寿命具有实际应用价值。In view of the problem of a single monitoring quantity for coal mine dry type transformers and the inability to effectively predict and diagnose before abnormalities or faults occur,this article studies the monitoring and fault diagnosis technology for the operating status of dry type transformers,and summarizes and designs an intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis system for dry type transformers based on DSP control.The system can collect the transformer current,temperature and other main operating parameters in real time,and accurately evaluate the transformer operation status and fault prediction through the upper computer,which has practical application value for improving the transformer operation reliability and life.
