摘  要:为探究领导行为对员工安全绩效的演化路径,提高安全管理水平。在文献回顾的基础之上,构建了符合中国本土情景下公仆型领导对员工安全绩效的影响机制模型,借助AMOS26.0与SPSS25.0对煤矿企业收集的449份员工及主管的问卷数据进行分析,验证心理资本的中介效应以及工作价值观的调节效应。结果表明,公仆型领导对员工的安全绩效有着显著的正向影响;心理资本在公仆型领导与员工安全绩效之间具有显著的中介作用;工作价值观正向调节心理资本与安全绩效之间的关系。To explore the evolutionary path of leadership behavior on employee safety performance and improve safety management level,on the basis of literature review,the article constructs a mechanism model for the impact of servant leadership on employee safety performance in a local Chinese context.Using AMOS26.0 and SPSS25.0,the article analyzes 449 questionnaire data collected from employees and supervisors in coal mining enterprises to verify the mediating effect of psychological capital and the moderating effect of work values,whose results indicate that servant leadership has a significant positive impact on employee safety performance,psychological capital has a significant mediating effect between servant leadership and employee safety performance,work values positively regulate the relationship between psychological capital and safety performance.
