摘　　要：《民法典》收养制度扩大了可被收养的子女的范围和人数,并增加了单身收养的范围,同时也增加了收养人的条件,使得更多的孤儿和弃婴能够得到家庭的关爱和扶养。在婚姻制度方面,《民法典》婚姻家庭编修改了禁婚条件,完善了无效和可撤销婚姻制度,强化了婚姻的合法性和稳定性。同时,它增设了离婚冷静期制度。此外,婚姻家庭编还完善了离婚救济制度,以确保婚姻破裂时弱势群体的权益得到保护。通过扩大和改进收养制度以及完善婚姻制度,更好地保障儿童权益,促进家庭稳定与幸福。As far as the adoption system of The Civil Code is concerned,it expands the scope and number of children who can be adopted and increases the scope of single adoption,while also increasing the conditions for adopters so that more orphans and abandoned babies can be cared for and raised by their families.With regard to the marriage system,the marriage and family part in The Civil Code has revised the conditions for forbidden marriages,improved the system of invalid and revocable marriages,and strengthened the legality and stability of marriages.At the same time,it has added a cooling-off period for divorce.In addition,the marriage and family title also improves the divorce relief system to ensure that the rights and interests of vulnerable groups are protected in the event of marital breakdown.By expanding and improving the adoption system and perfecting the marriage system,the rights and interests of children are better safeguarded and family stability and happiness are promoted.
