摘 要:地铁施工多在人口及建筑密集的地方,施工条件受限,在地铁线路设计时经常会选择在曲线上始发和接收,容易造成盾构进洞和出洞结构超限、洞门涌水或垮塌。为了防止此类事件发生,保质保安全的完成曲线上始发和接收,该盾构曲线始发施工技术,在盾构施工中经常会应用到,深圳地铁7号线7306标的9台盾构机,有5台在曲线上始发,取得了良好的技术效果、经济效果,获得了良好社会信誉。Subway construction is mostly carried out in densely populated and built-up areas,with limited construction conditions.When designing subway lines,it is common to choose to start and receive on curves,which can easily cause the shield tunneling in and out of the tunnel structure to exceed the limit,water inrush or collapse at the tunnel entrance.In order to prevent such incidents from occurring and complete the initiation and reception on the curve with quality and safety,this shield tunneling curve initiation construction technology is often applied in shield tunneling construction.Among the 9 shield tunneling machines of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 Bid 7306,5 of them started on the curve and achieved good technical and economic results,gaining a good social reputation.
