摘  要:人工挖孔桩在建筑施工中当属于高度危险的工种。虎庄大桥中心桩号为ZK24+390/YK24+421,桥梁全长左幅654 m/右幅652 m;大桥路线为分左右幅,由于施工现场是1个露天、人员集中的生产场所,人机流动性大,不安全因素较多,容易发生事故,因此是安全管理的重中之重,必须做到万无一失。那么,如何对人工挖孔桩施工进行安全管理,这是每个施工管理者必须认真面对的课题。为解决施工过程中会发生的一些预知性安全风险,主要从工程的整体实际施工环境、施工风险出发,针对现场安全管理措施提出了一些参考依据。Manual digging pile is considered a highly dangerous profession in construction.The central pile number of Huzhuang Bridge is ZK24+390/YK24+421,with a total length of 654 m on the left and 652 m on the right.The bridge route is divided into left and right sections.Due to the fact that the construction site is an open-air and densely populated production site,with high human machine mobility and numerous unsafe factors,accidents are prone to occur.Therefore,it is of utmost importance in safety management and must be foolproof.How to manage the safety of manual excavation pile construction is a topic that every construction manager must face seriously.To address some predictive safety risks that may occur during the construction process,this article mainly starts from the overall actual construction environment and construction risks of the project,and proposes some reference basis for on-site safety management measures.
