兰州都市圈高质量发展的现状、问题及路径研究

摘　　要：兰西城市群是我国西北重要的城市群之一,由兰州都市圈和西宁都市圈共同构成。近年来,兰州都市圈虽然在兰西城市群的发展中做出突出贡献,但是受到基础设施、生态环境、公共服务等因素的影响,兰州都市圈的发展仍然面临挑战。以兰州都市圈为研究对象,基于县域经济视角,从社会发展、经济发展、环境发展三个方面对兰州都市圈发展状况进行评价分析,发现兰州都市圈高质量发展存在城乡发展差距大、核心城市辐射带动能力低、产业同质化发展严重等问题,进而提出缩小城乡发展差距、增强核心城市辐射带动能力,优化产业结构等路径,为与西宁都市圈协同支持兰西城市群高质量发展提供理论参考。Lan-Xi city group is one of the important city groups in northwest China,which is composed of Lanzhou metropolitan area and Xining metropolitan area.In recent years,although Lanzhou metropolitan area has made outstanding contributions to the development of Lan-Xi urban agglomeration,it still faces challenges due to the impact of infrastructure,ecological environment,public services and other factors.Taking Lanzhou metropolitan area as the research object and from the perspective of county economy,this paper evaluates and analyzes the development status of Lanzhou metropolitan area from three aspects:social development,economic development and environmental development,and finds that there are some problems in the high-quality development of Lanzhou metropolitan area,such as large gap between urban and rural development,low radiative driving ability of core cities,and serious industrial homogeneity development.This paper proposes ways to narrow the gap between urban and rural development,enhance the radiation-driven ability of core cities,and optimize the industrial structure,so as to provide theoretical reference for cooperating with Xining metropolitan area to support the high-quality development of Lan-Xi urban agglomeration.
