摘 要:在生产过程中,因为生产用到的设备、批量不同,所以在生产过程中常常需要进行实际参数大小的调整,如搅拌大小、均质大小等,也就是工艺参数转换。因为考虑到产品质量的稳定性,生产企业常常需要投入大量的人力、物力进行工艺参数转换。而通过放大因子X并建立数学模型,能够有效地支持工艺参数转换,减少对技术人员经验的依赖,降低资源的投入。我们首先确定不同类型产品的放大因子,然后对不同产品的放大因子X进行确认。源于产品类型的不同,发现放大因子X,在不同类型的产品具有不同的放大因子X。同时发现放大因子X能够应用于水剂类产品、乳液类产品的生产,并且能确保产品的质量稳定性。这将为化妆品的生产减少资源配置,以及减少成本。In the production process,because the instruments and production quantity in the production is different,it is necessary to adjust the process in the production process,such as stirring,homogenization,etc,Which is scale-up process.In order to ensure the product quality,it is always taking a lot of manpower and material resources to adjust the process of production.The scale-up factor X could be effectively used to convert the process parameters,reduce the resource input of the process.The scale-up factor X was determined for different types of products firstly,and then the scale-up factor X for different products was confirmed.It was found that the scale-up factor X was different for different products,because the process of different type of product was different.At the same time,it was found that scale-up factor X could be used in the production of water products and emulsion products,and ensuring the product quality.This would reduce a lot of resource consumption for the production of cosmetics,as well as reduce costs.
