摘　　要：在高校管理工作中,干部人事档案管理是一项重要的工作内容,其工作质量会对干部的自身发展造成一定的影响。目前高校干部人事档案管理存在一系列问题,只有妥善解决这些问题,才能有效提高干部人事档案管理水平,加快高校干部人事档案目标管理进程。对高校干部人事档案管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,探讨如何加快高校干部人事档案目标管理进程,为相关工作提供有价值的参考。in the management of colleges and universities,the management of cadres’personnel files is an important part of work,and its quality will have an impact on the development of cadres.At present,there are a series of problems in the management of cadres’personnel files in colleges and universities.Only by properly solving these problems can we effectively improve the management level of cadres’personnel files and speed up the process of objective management of cadres’personnel files in colleges and universities.This paper will analyze the problems existing in the management of personnel files of cadres in colleges and universities,and discuss how to speed up the process of objective management of personnel files of cadres in colleges and universities,so as to provide valuable reference for related work.
