摘　　要：目的对重庆某三甲医院2016-2022年临床用血质量管理进行回顾性分析,进一步完善临床用血质量控制体系,提升输血规范化服务能力,促进安全有效合理用血。方法采取回顾性分析方法,对该院2016-2022年临床用血质量控制指标及2520份归档输血病历督查结果进行分析。结果2016-2022年临床用血质量控制指标分析显示,基础性指标中受血者标本血型复查率、输血相容性检测项目室内质控率、室间质评项目参加率均为100%,输血申请单合格率呈逐年上升趋势,至2021年达到100%,基础性指标达到国家要求;提升性指标分析显示,每千单位用血专业技术人员数均值为1.25人,千输血人次输血不良反应上报例数均值为12.91例,出院患者人均用血量约0.127 U,手术台均用血量约0.048 U。输血归档病历中输血申请单、输血治疗同意书、输血病程记录三项指标合格率提升明显,缺陷病历发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论该院临床用血质量控制指标总体达到国家要求,提升性指标还有待进一步提升。Objective To retrospective analysis of the quality management of blood transfusion in a Third-class Hospital from 2016 to 2022,Further improve and perfect the quality control system of clinical blood use,improve the standardized service capacity of blood transfusion,and promote the safe,effective and rational use of blood.Methods A retrospective survey method was adopted to analyze the Clinical Blood Quality Control Index and the supervision results of 2520 blood transfusion medical records extracted from 2016 to 2022.Results The Clinical Blood Quality Control Index from 2016 to 2022 showed that the basic index survey meet the requirements of the state:the reexamination rate of blood type of patients for blood transfusion,the participation rate of internal quality control and external quality assessment were 100%,the qualified rate of blood transfusion application form of medical institutions was increasing year by year,reached 100%by 2021.The lifting index survey showed that the number of professionals per thousand units was 1.25,the number of cases of adverse blood transfusion reactions was 12.91,the average blood consumption of discharged patients was 0.127 U and the blood consumption of operating tables was 0.048 U.The supervision results of 2520 blood transfusion medical records showed the qualified rate of the three indicators in the blood transfusion archived medical records has been improved significantly(P<0.05),the incidence of defective medical records has decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The Clinical Blood Quality Control Index in the hospital generally meets the national requirements,the lifting index needs to be further improved.
