摘 要:目的 探究神经外科机器人在三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年8月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的62例原发性三叉神经痛患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组予以常规手术治疗,观察组予以神经外科机器人引导下经皮三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术。对比两组治疗效果,术后疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.026,P<0.05)。观察组术后2、4个月疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术中应用神经外科机器人辅助治疗效果显著,有利于减轻患者术后疼痛感,且降低不良事件发生情况。Objective To investigate the application effect of neurosurgical robot in trigeminal semilunar ganglion mi-cro balloon compression.Methods A total of 62 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine surgery,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous trigeminal ganglion microballoon compression under the guidance of neurosurgical robot.The therapeutic effect,postoperative pain score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that in the control group(80.65%),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ^(2)=4.026,P<0.05).The Visual Analog Scale of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 2 and 4 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postopera-tive adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of neurosurgical robot-assisted treatment in trigeminal semilu-nar ganglion micro balloon compression is effective,which is conducive to the reduction of patients'postoperative pain sensation and the occurrence of adverse events.
