摘　　要：胰十二指肠切除术是消化道最复杂的手术之一,可显著降低患者恶性肿瘤的病死率,但是术后高危并发症的发生率一直较高,导致患者住院时间延长甚至发生并发症死亡。本文具体概述了胰十二指肠切除术的实施现状,阐述了胰十二指肠切除术后高危并发症的类型,分析了其发生的影响因素,并提出了胰十二指肠切除术后高危并发症的预防措施。Pancreaticoduodenectomy is one of the most complex operations of the digestive tract,which can signifi-cantly reduce the mortality of patients with malignant tumors.However,the incidence of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy has been high,leading to prolonged hospital stay and even death.This article summarizes the current situation of pancreaticoduodenectomy,describes the types of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduo-denectomy,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward the preventive measures of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
