摘 要:心脏淀粉样变(cardiac amyloidosis,CA)是由于不溶于水的纤维样蛋白沉积在心肌间质,导致心功能障碍的一组疾病。近年来,国内外报道了大量心外膜冠状动脉血管未见异常的CA患者以劳力性心绞痛为表现就诊。冠状动脉微循环功能障碍(coronary microvascular dysfunction,CMD)存在于CA患者中,但其发病机制较为复杂,目前尚未阐明。本文结合既往的文献资料对CA相关的CMD发病机制做一综述,探讨其可能的治疗靶点。Cardiac amyloidosis(CA)is a family of diseases in which water-insoluble fibrillar proteins are deposited in the interstitium of the heart,leading to cardiac dysfunction.In recent years,the symptoms of exertional angina have been reported at home and abroad in many patients with CA without obstructive epicardial coronary artery disease.Coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD)has been confirmed in patients with CA,but the pathogenesis is complex and remains unclear.Based on the previous literature,this paper reviewed the pathogenesis of CA related CMD and discussed its possible therapeutic targets.
