摘 要:选择高温煅烧并引入混合助剂作为粉煤灰制备硅肥的方法,通过3414试验,优化生产硅肥的工艺条件,研究结果对指导硅肥生产具有重要的理论和实践意义。结果表明:在制备粉煤灰硅肥的3个影响因素(煅烧温度、粉煤灰与助剂的比例、煅烧时间)中,煅烧时间对粉煤灰有效二氧化硅含量的影响稍大,其次是粉煤灰与助剂的比例,影响最小的因素是煅烧温度。粉煤灰与混合助剂(Na_(2)CO_(3)∶Li_(2)CO_(3)=1∶0.14)的最佳配比为1∶1,最佳煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为39 min,此时粉煤灰的有效二氧化硅含量达21.66%。符合国家标准要求的20%以上。Silica fertilizer was produced by high-temperature calcination and introduction of mixed additives as fly ash,and the process conditions were optimized by 3414 tests,which is of great theoretical and practical importance in guiding the production of silica fertilizer.The results of this study showed that among the three factors(calcination temperature,fly ash/additive ratio,and calcination time)affecting the production of silica fertilizer from fly ash,the calcination time had a strong effect on the effective silica content of the fly ash,then the fly ash/additive ratio,followed by the effect of calcination temperature.The optimal conditions of the three factors were:1:1 of the ration of fly ash to mixed additives(Na_(2)CO_(3)∶Li_(2)CO_(3)=1∶0.14),800℃ of the calcination temperature,and 39 min of the calcination time.The effective silica content of fly ash reached 21.66%,which meets the national standard requirement that the effective silica content is more than 20%.
