Impact of Business Scale and Production Costs on Farmers’Compliance Behavior——Based on Analysis of Anhui Province Tea Planters’Data

摘　　要：订单农业长期以来是现代农业中的一种重要组织形式,旨在促进农民增收致富和乡村振兴,但同时也存在着违约问题。该研究基于安徽省482户茶农调查数据,采用二元Logit模型和中介效应模型,研究经营规模、生产成本对农户履约行为的影响。实证结果表明:经营规模对农民履约行为具有显著正向影响,生产成本对经营规模影响农户履约行为具有部分中介效应,即经营规模可通过增加生产成本,间接影响农户履约行为。从异质性分析表明,经营规模、生产成本对不同年龄、不同性别的农户,在农户履约方面都有显著的促进作用。因此,推出土地流转政策,增加茶叶生产投入,加强农村教育,拓宽非农就业渠道,推动订单农业持续发展。Contract farming has long been recognized as an important form of organization in modern agriculture,aiming to increase farmers’income and contribute to rural revitalization.However,it also faces challenges of contract violations.This study utilizes survey data from 482 tea farmers in Anhui Province to investigate the influence of business scale and production costs on farmers’compliance behavior.Empirical results indicate that business scale has a significant positive impact on farmers’compliance behavior,and production costs partially mediate the relationship between business scale and compliance behavior,suggesting that business scale indirectly affects compliance behavior through increased production costs.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that both business scale and production costs have significant promotion effects on compliance behavior for farmers of different ages and genders.Therefore,the implementation of land transfer policies,increased investment in tea production,strengthening rural education,and expanding non-agricultural employment channels are recommended to promote the sustainable development of contract farming.
