摘  要:研究了抗菌防辐射织物涂层面料的制备及辐照损伤性能。使用洗涤法进行铋粉表面改性,消除团聚效应,提高相容性;使用超声分散法将不同含量的铋粉添加到涂层面料中;使用综合分析法测试制备面料的各项性能,完成抗菌防辐射织物涂层面料的制备。制备的面料在Au辐照损伤测试和X衍射射线测试中的损伤程度均较低,证明制备的面料性能良好,具有较强的抗辐照损伤性。制备该面料并研究其辐照损伤性能可以有效降低辐照事故发生频率,为降低辐照风险、提升相关研究安全性作出了一定的贡献。The preparation and radiation damage performance of antibacterial and radiation resistant fabric coated fabrics were studied.Surface modification of bismuth powder using washing method to eliminate agglomeration effect and improve compatibility;Add different amounts of bismuth powder to the coated fabric using ultrasonic dispersion method;Use comprehensive analysis method to test the various properties of the prepared fabric and complete the preparation of antibacterial and radiation resistant fabric coating fabric.The prepared fabric showed low damage levels in both Au irradiation damage testing and X-ray diffraction testing,indicating good performance and strong resistance to radiation damage.Preparing this fabric and studying its radiation damage performance can effectively reduce the frequency of radiation accidents,making a certain contribution to reducing radiation risks and improving the safety of related research.
