探讨动态维修方式在纺织机械维修管理中的作用

摘　　要：随着工业的不断发展,现代纺织机械普遍采用机、气、电一体化与智能化的运行模式,具有装配精度高、技术含量高等特点。针对纺织机械的维修管理,定期维修方式主要存在着过度维修与针对性不强的问题,有必要采用动态维修方式,通过对细纱机敲锭子和缝盘机的动态维修保养,选择故障动态诊断方法,不断完善机械动态维修管理制度,以期为纺织机械动态维修管理工作的实施提供借鉴与参考。With the continuous development of industry,modern textile machinery generally adopts an integrated and intelligent operation mode of machinery,gas,and electricity,which has the characteristics of high assembly accuracy and high technological content.For the maintenance and management of textile machinery,there are mainly problems of excessive maintenance and weak pertinence in regular maintenance methods.It is necessary to adopt dynamic maintenance methods.Through dynamic maintenance of the spinning machine spindle and sewing machine,select fault dynamic diagnosis methods,and continuously improve the mechanical dynamic maintenance management system,in order to provide reference and reference for the implementation of dynamic maintenance and management work of textile machinery.
