摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式对手术室实习护生自主学习能力、批判性思维能力的影响及对手术室临床实习环境的评价。方法试验组采用BOPPPS教学模式,将教学过程分为导言、目标、前测、参与式学习、后测及总结6个环节;对照组采用传统教学模式。教学后对护生进行理论及实践考核,分析其自主学习能力、批判性思维能力及对手术室临床实习环境的评价。结果试验组实践考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、对手术室临床实习环境的评价均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用BOPPPS教学模式可提高护生实践能力、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力及对手术室临床实习环境的满意度。Objective To explore the impact of the BOPPPS teaching model on nursing interns′self-taught ability and critical thinking ability of operating room,and to evaluate the clinical internship environment in the operating room.Methods The experimental group adopted the BOPPPS teaching model,dividing the teaching process into six stages:introduction,objectives,pre-test,participatory learning,post test,and summary.The control group adopted traditional teaching model.Conduct theoretical and practical assessments on nursing students after teaching,analyze their self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,and evaluate the clinical internship environment in the operating room.Results The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in practical assessment,self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,and evaluation of the clinical internship environment in the operating room compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the BOPPPS teaching model can improve nursing students′practical ability,self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,and satisfaction with the clinical internship environment in the operating room.
