摘 要:结合已有研究从理论层面梳理数字经济、产业结构、就业结构之间的关系,并用我国2010—2021年省级面板数据,实证分析数字经济对产业层面就业结构的影响。结果表明,数字经济能够促进就业结构优化,且产业结构升级起到了中介作用。具体来说,数字经济能够通过促进产业结构服务化来促进就业结构优化。此外,数字经济对不同地区的就业结构有异质性影响。基于理论和实证分析结果,提出促进我国就业结构优化的政策建议。The relationship between the digital economy,industrial structure,and employment structure is summarized from a theoretical perspective based on existing research.In industrial aspect,then the impact of the digital economy on employment structure is empirically analyzed using provincial panel data in China from 2010 to 2021.The results indicate that the digital economy can promote the optimization of employment structure,and the upgrading of industrial structure plays a mediating role.Specifically,the digital economy can promote the optimization of employment structure by promoting the service-oriented industrial structure.In addition,the digital economy has a heterogeneous impact on the employment structure in different regions.Finally,based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,policy recommendations are proposed to promote the optimization of China’s employment structure.
