摘  要:基于技术-组织-环境(TOE)理论框架,以73家军工装备制造企业为研究样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析法探究影响军工装备制造企业技术创新绩效的多因素协同效应,给出不同组态构型下企业技术创新绩效提升路径。结果表明:军工装备制造企业技术创新绩效受技术、组织和环境3个层面共7个因素的综合影响;产生高技术创新绩效的4条组态路径可归纳为组织驱动政府支撑型与组织技术协同驱动型,而非高组态路径有5条,且与高技术创新绩效的实现路径存在非对称性关系。Based on the technology-organization-environment(TOE)theoretical framework,73 military equipment manufacturing enterprises are taken as research samples,and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)is used to investigate the synergistic effects of multi factors affecting the technological innovation performance of military equipment manufacturing enterprises,and to put forward the paths of technological innovation performance enhancement of the enterprises under different configurations.The results show that the technological innovation performance of military equipment manufacturing enterprises is affected by a total of seven factors at three levels of technology,organization and environment;the four grouping paths that generate high technological innovation performance can be summarized as organization-driven government-supported and organization-technology synergy-driven,whereas there are five non-high grouping paths,and there is an asymmetric relationship with the paths of realizing high technological innovation performance.
