摘 要:针对高速公路常用热熔型标线存在反光性能衰减过快的问题,为提升标线长效反光性能,研发一种新标线——双疏长效反光标线(双组份型标线)。该标线具有反光耐久性、强黏附性、耐污性。依托兴畲高速,对长效反光标线涂料层厚度、玻璃珠粒径及级配、玻璃珠的撒布量及嵌入深度、施工温度、施工速度等关键技术进行研究。结果表明:玻璃珠粒径范围为0.3~1.4 mm,其中0.6~0.85 mm和0.3~0.6 mm分别占30%~33%和50%~58%,撒布量为0.3~0.4 kg/m^(2),施工气温为8~28℃、施工速度为3 km/h左右时,标线视认效果最佳,逆反射亮度系数达400 mcd/m^(2)/lx以上;服役6个月后,标线无破损、玻璃珠黏附效果良好,逆反射亮度系数大于380 mcd/m^(2)/lx,视认效果佳。In order to improve the long-term reflective performance of the hot-melt marking,a new marking,hydrophobic and oleophobic long-term reflective marking(two-component pavement marking)was developed.This road marking has reflective durability,strong adhesion and stain resistance.Relying on Xingshe Expressway,the key technologies for the construction of long effect reflective markings are studied.The key parameters include coating layer thickness,glass bead particle size and distribution,glass bead distribution and embedding depth,construction temperature,and construction speed.The results indicate that when the glass beads have a particle size range of 0.3 to 1.4 mm,the distribution 0.6 to 0.85 mm and 0.3 to 0.6 mm accounts for 30% to 33% and 50% to 58%,respectively,0.3 to 0.4 kg/m^(2) of the distribution amount.A construction temperature of 8 to 28℃,and construction speed of 3 km/h,the visual effect of pavement marking is optimum,and coefficient of retroreflected luminance can reach more than 400 mcd/m^(2)/lx.After six months of construction,there is no damage to the mar-king,and the glass bead adhesion effect is good,coefficient of retroreflected luminance still can reach 380 mcd/m^(2)/lx,and the visual effect of pavement marking is still great.
