摘  要:通过开展焊接热影响区最高硬度试验和斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验,对高强度耐磨钢NM500的焊接冷裂敏感性进行研究。试验采用JM-100C焊丝和80%Ar+20%CO_(2)混合气体保护焊接,对不同预热温度条件下焊接热影响区硬度和裂纹进行检测分析。试验结果表明:在不预热及预热温度分别为150℃、175℃、200℃条件下,热影响区最高硬度均高于350HV,可见耐磨钢NM500焊接冷裂纹倾向较大;当预热温度设定为175℃时,试样表面和断面均无裂纹,建议在实际焊接过程中的预热温度不低于175℃。The welding cold cracking sensitivity of NM500 high strength wear-resistant steel is studied by maximum hardness test on welding heat-affected zone and oblique Y-groove welding crack test.JM-100C welding wire and 80%Ar+20%CO_(2) mixed gas shielded welding are used in the test,the hardness and crack of welding heat-affected zone under different preheating temperature conditions are tested and analyzed.The results show that under the conditions of no preheating and preheating at temperatures of 150℃,175℃ and 200℃,the maximum hardness of heat-affected zone is higher than 350HV,which concludes that NM500 wear-resistant steel has obvious tendency of welding cold cracking.The specimen surface and section have no cracking at the preheating temperature of 175℃ and the preheating temperature during actual welding is required to be over and equal to 175℃.
