摘　　要：结合某钢厂实际冶炼品种与冶炼环境,在保证铸坯质量的前提下,规范钢包热修作业,解决滑动水口火泥粉化、钢包下水口粘钢和钢壳熔损等问题,滑动水口平均使用次数由1.15次提升至2.15次,同时,连铸中间包全氧与酸铝损失也有一定的降低。Combined with the actual melting grade and metallurgical conditions in a steel works,ladle hot repair operation is standardized,the problems such as mortar pulverizing at slide gate,sticking steel and hull burning loss at ladle bottom nozzle are resolved under the preconditions of ensuring the strand quality,the average application times of slide gate is increased from 1.15 to 2.15,and the consumption of total oxygen and acid soluble aluminium in tundish is reduced to a certain extent.
