板坯加热炉提质降耗技术研究

摘  要:针对板坯加热炉存在的加热温度波动剧烈、能耗高、氧化烧损大、加热不均匀等问题,在燃烧控制系统中应用激光气氛分析技术,利用激光气氛分析仪采集炉内O_(2)及CO数据,建立燃烧控制系统自动控制模型。通过对空燃比实时修正,实现了加热炉各段空气、煤气流量及温度的实时调整,使加热炉燃烧更充分、温度更均匀、吨钢煤耗降幅更大,出炉坯料氧化烧损率大大降低,成材率及轧件性能得到提高,低温冲击性能一次命中率的改善效果明显,同时有效降低了CO_(2)排放。Focusing on the problems such as fierce fluctuation of reheating temperature,high energy cost and oxidized burning loss,nonuniform heating in reheating furnace,the laser atmosphere analysis technique is applied in the combustion control system.The automatic control model of combustion control system is set up by using the data of O_(2) and CO in the furnace collected by the laser atmosphere analyzer.On the basis of air to fuel ratio real-time adaption,real-time adjustment of air flowrate,coal gas flowrate and temperature of each zone in the furnace is realized,which enables complete combustion,more uniform temperature,apparent decreasing amplitude of coal consumption per ton of steel,great reduction of oxidized burning loss of furnace charging material,improvement of yield rate and rolling piece properties,distinct improvement result of one time hit ratio for low temperature impact toughness and efficient reduction of CO_(2) emission.
