摘  要:[目的]探讨乳果糖联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在超重肥胖结肠镜检查前肠道准备中疗效及安全性。[方法]选取拟行结肠镜检查的176例超重肥胖患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(86例)、对照组(90例)。观察组采用乳果糖联合2 L复方聚乙二醇电解质散;对照组单用3 L复方聚乙二醇电解质散。比较2组患者的肠道清洁度、息肉检出率及不良反应总发生率;2组均由内镜医师单盲完成,患者对不同肠道准备方案的耐受性和不良反应采用问卷调查的方式获得。[结果]所有患者均完成肠道准备及结肠镜检查;观察组与对照组Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分分别7.8±1.1、7.9±0.9,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组、对照组不良反应总发生率分别10.4%(9/86)、20.0%(18/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组息肉检出率分别41.8%(36/86)、43.3%(39/90),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]乳果糖联合2 L复方聚乙二醇电解质散的肠道准备方案与单用3 L复方聚乙二醇电解质散的肠道准备效果相当,联合乳果糖可减少口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散泻剂容量,降低肠道准备过程中的不良反应总发生率。[Objective]To explore application efficacy and safety of lactutose combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in bowel preparation before colonoscopy in overweight and obesity subjects.[Methods]A total of 176 overweight and obese patients undergoing colonoscopy were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=86)and control group(n=90).The observation group was treated with lactulose combined with 2 L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,while the control group was treated with 3 L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone.Bowel cleanliness,polyp detection rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Both were recorded singly and blindly by the same endoscope physician.Patients'tolerance to dif-ferent bowel preparation plans and adverse reactions were obtained through questionnaire survey.[Results]All patients completed bowel preparation and colonoscopy well.Boston Intestinal Preparation Scale(BBPS)scores of the observation group and the control group were 7.8±1.1 and 7.9±0.9,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group was 10.4%(9/86)and 20.0%(18/90),respectively,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The polyp detection rates of the observation group and the control group were 41.8%(36/86)and 43.3%(39/90),respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Lactulose combined with 2 L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte has the same effect on intestinal preparation as 3 L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyter alone.Lactulose can reduce the oral volume of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions in bowel preparation.
