摘  要:为完成对某新型车用超级电容器模组工况过程的实时监控,提高其安全性和寿命,设计了一种车用超级电容器模组智能监控系统。系统采用BQ76930和STM32F103ZET6单片机对硬件电路部分进行了设计,通过应用模糊PID控制算法来获取良好的均衡效果,并提出了一种改进型的开路电压-安时积分法进行荷电状态(SOC)估算。下位机通过采用5G网络和云服务器进行双向数据传输,数据信息并最终在基于LabVIEW开发的上位机监控界面上显示,从而实现由10节单体串联构成的车用超级电容器模组的可视化远程监控。试验结果表明,该系统的动态电压测量精度可达±0.13%,电流测量精度可达±0.1 A,温度测量精度可达±0.3℃,SOC估算精度在±1.15%之内,满足精度使用要求,均衡效果优良,为用户进行可视化智能远程监控超级电容器模组提供了一定的参考。In order to complete the real-time monitoring of a new type of vehicle supercapacitor module working process and improve its safety and life,an intelligent monitoring system for vehicle supercapacitor module is designed.The system uses BQ76930 and STM32F103ZET6 micro controllers units(MCU)to design the hardware circuit.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to obtain a good equalization effect,and an improved open circuit volt-ampere hour integration method is proposed for state of charge(SOC)estimation.Bidirectional data transmission is carried out between the slave computer and the cloud server through 5G network,and the data information is finally displayed on the monitoring interface of the host computer developed based on LabVIEW,so as to realize the visual remote monitoring of vehicle supercapacitor module composed of 10 monomer in series.The test results show that the dynamic voltage measurement accuracy of the system can reach±0.13%,the current measurement accuracy can reach±0.1 A,the temperature measurement accuracy can reach±0.3℃,the SOC estimation accuracy is within±1.15%.The system meets the accuracy requirements and has excellent balance effect.It provides a reference for users to carry out visual intelligent remote monitoring of supercapacitor module.
