注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗妇产科感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析妇产科感染采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗的临床效果。方法82例妇产科感染患者,采用系统抽样法分为研究组和参照组,每组41例。参照组给予头孢他啶治疗,研究组给予注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、病菌清除率、药物不良反应发生情况及治疗满意率。结果研究组总有效率95.12%显著高于参照组的78.05%,组间差异明显(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023<0.05)。研究组病菌清除率89.47%较参照组77.03%更高,组间差异明显(χ^(2)=4.182,P=0.041<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率4.88%较参照组的19.51%更低,组间差异明显(χ^(2)=4.100,P=0.043<0.05)。研究组满意率95.12%显著高于参照组的78.05%,组间差异明显(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023<0.05)。结论妇产科感染患者经头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗可进一步提升治疗效果,有效清除病菌,保证治疗质量,降低药物不良反应发生率,实践价值较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of infectious diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 82 patients with infection in obstetrics and gynecology were divided into a study group and a reference group by systematic sampling method,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ceftazidime,and the study group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection.The clinical efficacy,pathogen clearance rate,adverse drug reactions and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.12%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 78.05%in the reference group,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023<0.05).The study group 89.47%had a higher pathogen clearance rate than the reference group 77.03%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=4.182,P=0.041<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.88%,which was lower than the reference group 19.51%,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=4.100,P=0.043<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of 78.05%of the reference group,and the difference was significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=5.145,P=0.023<0.05).Conclusion The application of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium with infection in obstetrics and gynecology can further improve the treatment effect,effectively remove bacteria,ensure the quality of treatment,and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,which has high practical value.
