摘 要:目的综述亚磁场对机体健康稳态的影响, 探讨其潜在机制。资料来源与选择国内外该领域的相关文献。资料引用国内外公开发表的相关文献35篇。资料综合亚磁场是地外空间的主要环境因素之一。随着人类载人航天工程的发展, 月面长期驻留、登陆火星甚至更加遥远的地外空间探测已经变得不再遥远, 航天员将更长时间暴露于空间亚磁场环境。亚磁场会影响胚胎发育、细胞增殖分化和昼夜节律等机体健康稳态。因此研究亚磁场对机体健康稳态的影响及其潜在机制具有重要意义, 可为维护航天员机体健康及探索其防护措施提供参考。结论亚磁场影响了机体的健康稳态, 在不同条件下对不同器官、细胞的影响各有差异。机体对磁场的感应机制也有不同的流派假说, 主要是自由基对感应机制和磁铁矿纳米颗粒机制。Objective To review the effects of hypomagnetic field on body health homeostasis and to explore its potential mechanisms.Literature resource and selection Domestic and abroad relevant literatures were searched and reviewed.Literature quotation Thirty-five papers published in domestic and abroad.Literature synthesis Hypomagnetic field is one of the main environmental factors in outer space.With the development of human spaceflight engineering,long-term stationing on the lunar surface,landing on Mars and even more distant exploration of extraterrestrial space have become no longer far away,and astronauts will be exposed to the hypomagnetic field for a longer time.Hypomagnetic field can affect the body health homeostasis such as embryonic development,cell proliferation,differentiation,and circadian rhythm.Therefore,it is significant to study the effects of hypomagnetic field on body health homeostasis and its potential mechanisms.Conclusions Hypomagnetic field affects the body health homeostasis and has different effects on different organs and cells under different conditions.There are also different school of thought hypotheses for the mechanism of induction of magnetic fields by the organism,mainly the free radical pair mechanism and the magnetite nanoparticle mechanism.
