摘 要:针对生物化学教学过程中存在着教学方法单一、代谢途径复杂、缺乏前沿性、忽略创新培养、课程考核机制单一、缺乏能力评价体系等教学“痛点”问题,该教学团队以学生为中心,以综合能力培养为目标,对生物化学课程进行教学改革创新。主要有以下举措:一是构建师生学习共同体,开展线上线下、课内课外深度融合的混合式教学;二是重构教学体系,渗透专业思想,反映学科前沿,注重课程思政;三是进行实践教学改革,注重创新能力培养,发挥课程育人功能;四是建成多元考核评价体系,常态化反馈改进。通过以上改革,不但有效解决教学中存在的“痛点”问题,而且实现学生综合能力的培养,落实立德树人的根本任务。In the teaching process of Biochemistry,there are some pain-point problems,such as single teaching method,complex metabolic pathways,lack of frontier research,ignoring innovative training,single curriculum as-sessment mechanism,and lack of ability evaluation system,etc.The teaching team took students as the center,aimed at the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability,and carried out teaching reform and innovation for the Biochemistry course.The main measures are as follows:first of all,it is to build a learning community for teachers and students,and carry out a blended teaching that integrates online and offline,in-class and out-of-class;the second is to reconstruct the teaching system,expand the course content,integrate theory with practice,infiltrate professional ideas,reflect the frontier of disciplines,pay attention to the ideological and political education of the course;the third is to carry out practical teaching reform,pay attention to the cultivation of innovation ability,and give full play to the function of curriculum education;the fourth is to build a multi-assessment evaluation system,and normalize feedback for improvement.Through the above reforms,not only can the pain points existing in teaching be effectively solved,but also will the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability be realized,and the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education be implemented.
