摘 要:面对大学生创业实践的困境,迫切需要探索创业教育作用于大学生创业意愿的中介因素和具体路径。基于新人力资本理论,构建大学生创业教育、创业能力和创业意愿的研究模型,并利用福建省4所高校372位大学生的调查数据对该模型进行分析和验证,研究结果表明:高校创业教育并不直接影响大学生的创业意愿,而是通过创业认知能力和创业非认知能力两个中介因素发挥作用;体验性创业教育是创业非认知能力培养的重要途径;创业非认知能力对创业意愿的影响远远大于创业认知能力。在此基础上,提出了加强体验性创业教育和重视创业非认知能力培养的建议。Faced with the dilemma of entrepreneurial practice among college students,and there is an urgent need to explore the mediating factors and specific paths through which entrepreneurial education plays a role in college students’entrepreneurial willingness.Based on the new human capital theory,a research model was constructed for college students’entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial ability,and entrepreneurial willingness.The model was analyzed and validated using survey data from 372 college students from four universities in Fujian Province.The empirical research results showed that entrepreneurship education in universities does not directly affect college students'entrepreneurial willingness,but rather plays a role through two mediating factors:entrepreneurial cognitive ability and entrepreneurial non cognitive ability;Experiential entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate non cognitive abilities in entrepreneurship;In terms of its impact on entrepreneurial willingness,the role of non cognitive abilities in entrepreneurship is far greater than that of cognitive abilities in entrepreneurship.On this basis,suggestions were put forward to strengthen experiential entrepreneurship education and attach importance to the cultivation of non cognitive abilities in entrepreneurship.
