摘　　要：目的 探讨“互联网+”入户护理服务对留置PICC导管慢性病患者的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年7月115例留置PICC导管慢性病患者为对照组,2021年8月至2022年1月115例留置PICC导管慢性病患者为观察组。观察组采用“互联网+”入户护理服务,对照组进行常规干预,比较两组留置导管并发症、家庭负担和患者满意度等方面的差异。结果 观察组“互联网+”入户护理服务PICC维护4 090次,静脉抽血1 030次,无不良事件发生率,并发症降低,家庭负担减轻,患者满意度提高,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+”入户护理服务能更直观地进行评估、判断和处置,满足患者实际需求,并通过在线咨询和指导有效解决患者自我护理问题,降低不良事件和并发症的发生率,减轻家庭负担,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of"Internet plus"home care services in chronic disease patients with a retained peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods One hundred and fifteen chronic disease patients who were living with a PICC from August 2021 to January 2022(observation group)were selected and treated by"Internet plus"home care services.They were compared to their counterparts(n=115,control group)who were living with a PICC from January to July 2021 and received routine interventions.Inter-group differences in catheter-related complications,family burden and patient satisfaction were comparatively analyzed.Results In total,patients in the observation group received 4090 times of PICC maintenance services,and 1030 venous blood sampling services,even without an adverse event.They had statistically significant reduced number of catheter-related complications and family burden as well as statistically higher patient satisfaction compared with the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the"Internet plus"home care services,the patient condition can be more intuitively assessed,judged and treated,and the actual needs of patients can be satisfied.Moreover,online consultation and guidance can effectively solve patients'self-care problems.In short,the delivery of the"Internet plus"home care services is contributive to the reduction of the incidence of adverse events and catheter-related complications,the decrease of family burden and the increase of patient satisfaction.
