摘  要:目的探究临床护士工作偏差行为与情域能力现状,分析二者的相关性,为管理者制订干预措施提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、护士工作偏差行为量表、护士情域能力量表对陕西省5所三级甲等医院915名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士工作偏差行为总分为(26.85±8.02)分;情域能力总分为(105.46±6.45)分。护士工作偏差行为与情域能力呈负相关(r=-0.604,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,职称、职务、工作年限、护士情域能力是影响临床护士工作偏差行为的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护士工作偏差行为处于低水平,情域能力处于高水平,职称低、职务低、工作年限短的临床护士,护理管理者应进行个体化干预与管理。Objective To explore the current situation of clinical nurses'workplace deviation behavior and affective competence,analyze the correlation between them,and provide reference for managers to formulate intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 915 clinical nurses from 5 Grade A hospitals in Shaanxi Province by using the general data scale,the Evaluation Scale of Workplace Deviance Behavior of Nurses,Nurse Affective Domain Ability Scale.Results The total score of clinical nurses'workplace deviation behavior was(26.85±8.02).The total score of nuses'affective domain ability was(105.46±6.45).There was a negative correlation between nurses'workplace deviation behavior and their affective ability(r=-0.604,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that title,position,working years and affective ability were the main factors affecting the workplace deviation behavior of clinical nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers should conduct individualized intervention and management for clinical nurses whose work deviation behavior is at a low level and nurses'affective ability is at a high level.
