摘　　要：目的 调查社区失能老人电子健康素养、健康促进生活方式及生活质量现状,并分析电子健康素养、健康促进生活方式对其生活质量的影响。方法 采用一般资料调查表、SF-36健康调查量表、电子健康素养量表、健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ于2022年1月至6月对青岛市125名社区失能老人进行入户访谈式调查。结果 社区失能老人生活质量得分为(42.12±3.22)分,电子健康素养得分为(23.30±7.45)分,健康促进生活方式得分为(99.34±9.00)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,月收入、电子健康素养、健康促进生活方式是社区失能老人生活质量的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 社区失能老人生活质量不容乐观,加强对低收入社区失能老人的关注,提高社区失能老人利用网络寻找健康信息的能力,鼓励其采取促进健康的生活方式,能在一定程度上改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the status quo of e-health literacy,health promoting lifestyle and quality of life of community disabled elderly,and analyze the impact of e-health literacy and health promoting lifestyle on their quality of life.Methods A total of 125 community disabled elderly in Qingdao were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Short Form-36 Health Survey,the eHealth Literacy Scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱfrom January to June 2022.Results The score of the quality of life was(42.12±3.22),the e-health literacy was(23.30±7.45),and the health promoting lifestyle was(99.34±9.00).The linear regression analysis showed that e-health literacy and health promoting lifestyle were the factors affecting the quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion The community disabled elderly's quality of life is at a low level.Some measures can improve their quality of life,such as increasing attention to low-income disabled elderly,improving their ability to use the Internet to find health information,and encouraging them to adopt healthy lifestyle.
