口服阿奇霉素联合人工泪液治疗中重度睑板腺功能障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服阿奇霉素联合人工泪液治疗中重度睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年11月贵州省人民医院收治的MGD患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各47例。对照组实施人工泪液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。治疗前,两组眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周、3周、1个月、3个月后,两组OSDI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组非侵入性首次泪膜破裂时间(NIBUTf)、非侵入性平均泪膜破裂时间(NIBUTav)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周、3周、1个月、3个月后,两组NIBUTf、NIBUTav均长于治疗前,且研究组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服阿奇霉素联合人工泪液治疗中重度MGD的临床效果显著,可改善睑板腺相关指标,延长NIBUTf、NIBUTav。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral azithromycin combined with artificial tears in the treatment of moderate and severe meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Methods:A total of ninety-four MGD patients admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial tears,and the study group was treated with azithromycin based on the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ocular surface disease index(OSDI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After 1 week,3 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment,OSDI scores in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the first tear film rupture time(NIBUTf)and mean tear film rupture time(NIBUTav)between the two groups(P>0.05);After 1 week,3 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment,NIBUTf and NIBUTav in the two groups were longer than before treatment,and the study group was longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral azithromycin combined with artificial tears in the treatment of moderate and severe MGD is significant,which can improve the related indexes of meibomian gland and prolong NIBUTf and NIBUTav.
