半夏泻心汤加减联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年6月首钢水钢医院收治的110例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为常规组和观察组,各55例。常规组给予马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。治疗后,观察组上腹部灼烧感、早饱感、上腹疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。治疗后,观察组血清胃动素、胃泌素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗功能性消化不良的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及胃肠激素水平,降低复发率,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with trimebutin maleate tablet in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Shougang Shuigang Hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group and observation group by random envelope method,with fifty-five cases in each group.The routine group was treated with trimebutin maleate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);The scores of upper abdominal burning,early satiety and upper abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);After treatment,the serum levels of motilin and gastrin in observation group were higher than those in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with trimebutin maleate tablet has a significant effect on the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which can improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels,reduce the recurrence rate,and do not increase adverse reactions.
