不同年龄段人群外周动脉硬化与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与不同年龄段人群外周动脉硬化的关系。方法:选取2022年9—12月在贵阳市第六医院行^(14)C-尿素呼气试验及踝肱指数(ABI)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)检测的150例体检者作为对象,根据年龄分成青年组(<45岁,n=45)、中年组(45~59岁,n=53)与老年组(≥60岁,n=52)。测定其ABI、baPWV,评估外周动脉僵硬度,开展^(14)C-尿素呼气试验,检查Hp感染情况。结果:青年组和老年组,Hp阴性者ABI分层低于Hp阳性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中年组,Hp阴性者ABI分层、baPWV分层低于Hp阳性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组ABI与Hp感染呈负相关,baPWV与Hp感染呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:不同年龄段人群外周动脉硬化与Hp感染均存在相关性,且ABI与Hp感染呈负相关,baPWV与Hp感染呈正相关,临床应予以关注。Objective:To analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and peripheral arteriosclerosis in different age groups.Methods:A total of 150 physical examination subjects who underwent ^(14)C-urea breath test and Ankle-brachial index(ABI)and Brachial and ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)detection in Guiyang Sixth Hospital from September 2022 to December 2022 were selected as subjects,and divided into young group(<45 years old,n=45),middle age group(45-59 years old,n=53)and old group(≥60 years old,n=52)according to age.ABI and baPWV were measured,peripheral arterial stiffness was assessed,and ^(14)C-urea breath test was performed to detect Hp infection.Results:The ABI layer of HP-negative patients was lower than that of HP-positive patients in young and old groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the middle age group,ABI stratification and baPWV stratification of HP-negative patients were lower than those of HP-positive patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ABI was negatively correlated with Hp infection,baPWV was positively correlated with Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a correlation between peripheral arteriosclerosis and Hp infection in different age groups,and ABI was negatively correlated with Hp infection,baPWV was positively correlated with Hp infection,which should be paid attention to clinically.
