大黄、芒硝外敷联合常规西药治疗恶性腹水的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析大黄、芒硝外敷联合常规西药治疗恶性腹水的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年11月梅州市第二中医医院收治的64例恶性腹水患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合大黄、芒硝外敷。比较两组临床疗效、腹胀及饮食、腹围、生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率、总控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹胀、饮食减少评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腹围小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组社会功能、情感职能、生理功能、精神健康评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄、芒硝外敷联合常规西药治疗恶性腹水的效果显著,可改善患者腹胀及饮食减少等症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of external application of rhubarb and sodium sulphate combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of malignant ascites.Methods:64 cases of malignant ascites patients admitted to Meizhou Second Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 32 cases each according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was combined with the external application of rhubarb and sodium sulphate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,abdominal distension,appetite,abdominal circumference,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and total control rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of bloating and loss of appetite of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal circumference of both groups was smaller than before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social functioning,emotional functioning,physical functioning,and mental health of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of external application of rhubarb and sodium sulphate combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of malignant ascites is remarkable,which can relief abdominal distension and better their appetite and improve their quality of life.
