综合护理在负压封闭引流技术联合间断灌注冲洗治疗儿童骨髓炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合间断灌注冲洗治疗儿童骨髓炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年6月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的80例骨髓炎患儿作为研究对象,以电脑随机法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组躯体功能、社会功能、情感功能、生理功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:综合护理在VSD联合间断灌注冲洗治疗儿童骨髓炎中的应用效果显著,可缓解患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量及家属护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of osteomyelitis in children with vacuum closed drainage(VSD)combined with intermittent perfusion irrigation.Methods:A total of 80 children with osteomyelitis admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by computer random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,emotional function and physiological function of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The family member's nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of osteomyelitis in children with VSD combined with intermittent perfusion irrigation is remarkable,which can alleviate anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and family member's nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
