摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理对抑郁症患者心理社会功能的改善效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月南京医科大学附属脑科医院医学心理科收治的60例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,以计算机随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理。比较两组心理状况、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。护理后,两组健康情况、身体功能、心理健康及社会功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理应用于抑郁症患者中,可改善心理状态,提升患者治疗依从性,增强生活质量,进而改善心理社会功能。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode on psychosocial functioning of depressed patients.Methods:60 cases of depression patients admitted to the Department of Medical Psychology of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group by computerized randomized grouping method,each with 30 cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted continuous nursing mode.Psychological condition,therapeutic compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adherence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).After nursing,the scores of health condition,physical functioning,mental health and social functioning of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group higher lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing mode applied to patients with depression can improve psychological status,enhance their treatment compliance and their quality of life,and then improve psychosocial function.
