摘 要:目的:探讨早期健康教育对儿童用眼保健及家长用眼知识掌握的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于梅州市梅江区深梅眼科医院进行眼科体检的120例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照法和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规健康教育干预,研究组采用早期健康教育干预。比较两组儿童视力水平、用眼保健情况、家长用眼知识掌握情况及不良用眼情况。结果:研究组儿童视力总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。干预后,两组儿童每天用眼时间短于干预前,且研究组短于对照组,两组每天洗手次数多于干预前,且研究组多于对照组,两组户外活动时间长于干预前,且研究组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组儿童家长用眼知识评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组电子产品使用时间>2 h/d、近距离用眼、连续读写时间>30 min儿童占比低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期健康教育可提高儿童视力水平及家长用眼知识掌握情况,改善儿童用眼保健情况,纠正儿童不良用眼行为。Objective:To explore the influence of early health education on children's eye care and parents'eye knowledge.Methods:A total of 120 children who underwent eye physical examination in Meizhou Meijiang District Shenhai Eye Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control method and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education intervention,and the study group received early health education intervention.Children's visual acuity level,eye care,parents'eye knowledge and poor eye use were compared between the two groups.Results:The total excellent rate of visual acuity in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).After intervention,the two groups of children spent less time with their eyes every day than before intervention,and the study group was shorter than the control group,and the two groups washed their hands more frequently than before intervention,the study group was more than the control group,and the outdoor activity time of the two groups was longer than before intervention,and the group leader was longer than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of parents'eye knowledge in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of children using electronic products>2 h/d,rubbing eyes with dirty hands,continuous reading and writing time>30 min in the two groups was lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early health education can improve children's vision level and parents'knowledge of eye use,improve children's eye care and correct children's bad eye use behavior.
