摘　　要：医疗是关乎国计民生的重要产业,药品是医疗领域重要的治疗要素,药品的质量、供应稳定、价格和可及性受到国家相关部门的重点关注。国家药品集中采购政策和基本药物目录修订,是我国医疗卫生改革的重要突破口,也是提高患者药品福利的关键。该文对国家药品集中采购政策和基本药物目录的修订进行分析,针对具体分析结果提出相应的优化对策,致力于促进国家药品集中采购政策与基本药物目录优化。Medical care is an important system concerning the national economy and people's livelihood,and medicines are important therapeutic elements in the medical field,and the quality,supply stability,price and accessibility of medicines have received the key attention of the relevant national departments.Centralized procurement of drugs and the revision of the essential drug catalog are important breakthroughs in China's healthcare reform and the key to improving patients'pharmaceutical welfare.The paper analyzes the national centralized Procurement of drugs and the revision of the essential drug catalog,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for the specific results of the analysis,which is committed to promoting the optimization of the policy of centralized drug procurement and the essential drug catalog.
