医院后勤服务社会化进程中存在的问题与应对措施

摘　　要：医院后勤作为医院安全的重要组成部分,在医院的日常运营和维护中起着重要作用。后勤服务社会化是现代医院的发展趋势,有助于医院集中精力做好医疗工作,提高医院综合运营和服务水平,提高社会资源的使用效率,分散医院风险,从而提高医院卫生服务效率。该文论述了后勤社会化服务的管理形式,探讨了医院后勤服务社会化的价值和可行性,分析了医院后勤服务社会化存在的问题,如风险问题、人员专业性问题、管理制度问题等,同时提出了应对措施。As an important part of hospital security,hospital logistics plays an important role in the daily operation and maintenance of the hospital.The socialization of logistics service is the development trend of modern hospitals,which helps hospitals to concentrate on medical work,improve the comprehensive operation and service level of hospitals,improve the efficiency of using social resources,disperse hospital risks,and thus improve the efficiency of hospital health service.This paper discussed the management form of socialized logistics service,discussed the value and feasibility of socialized hospital logistics service,analyzed the problems existing in socialized hospital logistics service,such as risk problems,personnel professional problems,management system problems,and put forward countermeasures.
