充填式无张力和平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对腹股沟疝气患者分别采用充填式无张力疝修补术和平片无张力疝修补术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月滕州市第一人民医院收治的腹股沟疝气患者90例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各45例。参照组给予充填式无张力疝修补术治疗,研究组给予平片无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、生活质量评分、手术情况、并发症发生率及疼痛程度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);治疗后,两组社会功能、生理功能、精神状态、心理功能评分均升高,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量少于参照组,手术时间、首次下床时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3 d,研究组疼痛程度评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:同充填式无张力疝修补术比较,平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气效果显著,可改善手术指标,缓解患者疼痛程度,促进生活质量提升,安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free filling hernia repair and tension-free plain hernia repair respectively for patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of ninety patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Tengzhou First People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The reference group was treated with tension-free filling hernia repair,and the study group was treated with tension-free plain hernia repair.The total effective rate,quality of life score,operation status,complication rate and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);After treatment,the scores of social function,physiological function,mental state and psychological function were increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and the operation time,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay were shorter than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);On the 1st and 3rd day after operation,the pain degree score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with tension-free filling hernia repair,tension-free plain hernia repair is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia,which can improve surgical indicators,relieve the pain of patients,promote the improvement of quality of life,and have high safety.
