非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究对非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术冠心病患者实施全面护理配合的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月江苏省苏北人民医院收治的行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理配合,观察组在常规基础上开展全面护理配合,比较两组临床护理效果。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,血氧饱和度及排痰量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:对行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术的冠心病患者实施全面护理配合,可以缩短患者手术时间,改善血氧饱和度,促进排痰,调节患者血压水平,减少术后并发症。Objective:To investigate the effect of implementing comprehensive nursing cooperation in patients undergoing nonexternal circulation coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.Methods:Selected one hundred cases of coronary heart disease patients who underwent non-external circulation coronary artery bypass grafting surgery admitted to Jiangsu Province Subei People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as the object of observation,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was fifty cases.The control group implemented routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing cooperation on the basis of routine,comparing the clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation and sputum excretion were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After care,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing cooperation in coronary artery disease patients undergoing nonexternal circulation coronary artery bypass grafting surgery can shorten the operation time of the patients,improve the oxygen saturation,promote the expulsion of phlegm,regulate the level of patient's blood pressure,and reduce the postoperative complications.
